Code of Conduct:

Tasharna Petschel of Evolve Naturopathy acknowledges that practitioners not regulated by the Australian Health Practitioners’ Regulation Agency (AHPRA) must comply with a code of conduct. Full details can be found here.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Tasharna Petschel acknowledges and adheres to the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Client information is not shared, acknowledged or discussed outside of consultations. All online information is protected and stored safely. This information is only accessible to Tasharna.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS:

Bookings are made by phone, email or online through the booking system Simple Clinic. When booking online a 100% pre-payment is required to secure your place. Please follow the steps as required by Simple Clinic or alternatively please contact Evolve Naturopathy. Payment data will be accepted by our third-party processing software; this may include name, credit card number, security code, expiry date and billing address.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Evolve Naturopathy has a strict 24-hr cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee, this includes failure to show up to your consult. Cancellations outside of the 24 hour period can be rescheduled. Please note failure to pay the cancellation fee within 24 hours of an invoice being sent will result in a late fee on top of the 50%.

RESCHEDULING:

Appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment by using the appropriate link provided in your confirmation email sent 1 day prior. Alternatively contact Evolve Naturopathy.

If for any reason the practitioner cannot attend an appointment due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances the client will be advised as soon as possible. Evolve Naturopathy will organise an appointment re-schedule in these circumstances.

BEHAVIOUR AND ETIQUETTE:

Please respect our staff at all times. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated by Evolve Naturopathy. At the discretion of the practitioner consultations will be ended immediately if such behaviour occurs.

CLIENT INTAKE FORMS:

Evolve Naturopathy requests new clients to complete the client registration form at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This form can be found in you booking confirmation email.

Where the client registration form hasn’t been completed prior to the scheduled appointment, it will need to be completed during the consultation. With respect to the practitioner and other clients, no additional time will be allocated to compensate for lost time and full consultation fees will be charged.

FUNCTIONAL PATHOLOGY TESTING:

Payment for functional pathology is not covered by Evolve Naturopathy and is an additional cost to be made by the client. We always respect our clients and ensure that the testing is agreed upon prior.
